Description:	Responsible for meeting and exceeding product sales goals Prepare proposals Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Set clear team goals Oversee day-to-day operation Monitor team performance and report on metrics Motivate team members Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Suggest and organize team-building activities Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Report all the sales progress and statistics regularly to the management board. Monitor Customer service levels through customer’s feedback and takes action as required to insure the best level of customer service Investigate, solve and report all customer related complaints Analyze customer feedback, then liaise with competent authorities to improve the service/product.
Qualifications:	5+ years experience Negotiation skills previous experience in ERP system Excellent communication skills Very good command in English Presentation skills Presentable Business Planning skills Minimum of bachelor’s degree Inspired and motivational person Display high integrity and honesty Solve problems and great analyzer for issues Working knowledge in MS Office Perfect communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Having a car is a MUST
