Description:	Works with Top Management and other Heads of departments to influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for Retail Teams Analyze daily sales reports to note which items are selling well and which are not, in addition to discerning profit margins for each item. Design marketing and sales strategies and present them to Top management. This includes designing and setting up in-store sales displays. Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market place and trends Translates the strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit; identifies and optimizes promotional opportunities ensuring these are co -ordinated with wider Mind promotions and campaigns. Managing & maintaining inventory areas and ordering new items as needed. This includes creating regular inventory reports and writing purchase plans for upcoming seasons to make suggestions about items that should be stocked in stores. Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what is the best practice and good opportunities. Creates and maintains a “Customer Experience “ Ensures all new Stores proposals meet the required return on sales prior to submitting any recommendations to the Top Management; all new shop locations must be visited to ensure they will trade effectively and meet the proposed budgets. Manage and oversee stores merchandising and maintain stores look and feel in a compelling and exciting manner, while in accordance with company directives. Maintains and constantly develops innovative and cost effective stock generation; monitors stock weekly to achieve bottom line sales budget against monthly targets. Achieves/Exceeds all financial and operational objectives to include expense control, loss prevention, audits/checklists, weekly reports and effective execution of promotions. Communicate with Area managers regarding sales reports, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day store operations. Train & Develop Retail Teams to reach the highest required performance and create valid succession plan to increase their satisfaction & loyalty
Qualifications:	Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales / Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field & prefer MBA holder. Experience: 10+ experience in retail home appliances & electronics ” Retail Sector or related field including at least 5 years in management position. Gender: Males Age (Years): Not less than 35 years .Good English, Oral / written Abilities
