| Description: | · Maintaining the project and coordinating with other teams in drafting the projects and the budget to be reflected in contract. · maintain awareness of the different type of contracts in current use· Contract engineers should provide information and criteria’s to commercial departments as a support documents for the subcontractor/supplier tendering.· Performing all clarifications for contracts meeting and coordinating with the project delivery department and smooth functioning of the project.· advise on a procurement strategy· provide advice on contractual claims and disputes· Contract Engineers draft and review contracts, does necessary editing to protect ELM-International rights.· perform risk, value management and cost control during the execution of the projects· Responsible to provide all necessary supporting documents which are the part of the contracts.· Report to Project Director for risky and inapplicable clauses of contract. · understand the implications of health and safety regulations. |
