Description:	Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Own and hit/exceed monthly sales targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Report all the sales progress and statistics regularly to the management board. Monitor Customer service levels through customer’s feedback and takes action as required to insure the best level of customer service. Investigate, solve and report all customer related complaints before, after, during the trip and liaise with managers at all levels so as to affect the satisfactory resolution of complaints. Analyze customer feedback, then liaise with competent authorities to improve the service/product.
Qualifications:	Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field. A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a sales manager or sales and marketing director Ability to prepare reports and use of the appropriate mode of communication. Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends Proven ability to position products against competitors Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Working in a travel agency is a plus.
