Cochlear Implant – Product Specialist

Summary:

• Cochlear implants are small devices that can recreate sound for people who will hear impairments. It consists of a microphone, speech processor, transmitter, receiver, and electrodes and is very different from a hearing aid. Cochlear implants produce representations of sounds that can help a deaf person understand speech. Hearing aids amplify, which cochlear implants stimulate the auditory nerve, bypassing the damaged areas and allowing the brain to interpret sound.

El Nahar for Medical Solutions, one of the leading companies in the audiology and hearing medical field is currently hiring Cochlear Implant Product Specialists according to the below Job Description:
 

• Providing clinical and technical support to HCPs (Health Care Partners) and customers in terms of products, software, and services
• Attending Surgeries, Programming and follow up Sessions
• Building and maintaining positive working relationships and regular personal contact with HCPs (e. ENT Surgeons, Audiologists and Speech Therapists)
• Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings, training and workshops related to HCPs and customers
• Promoting and selling the company’s products
• Reporting and documenting work stuff
• Attend all meetings and training scheduled by the company
• Meet Cochlear department’s objectives, target, and KPIs
• Transfer devices to branches

• Graduated from one of the following majors:  Science or Agriculture or any relevant education with slight medical background
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Good command of English language
• Team working skills
• Previous experience knowledge of Cochlear Implant
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Planning and multi-tasking skills
