Description:
  • Experience in conducting Job Evaluation ( Prefer with `Hays Methodology ` – tool, if not with any other tools  )
  • Knowledge in Market pricing, compensation survey etc
  • Thorough knowledge in designing Job Description, which includes scope for review, updating, and the records etc.  
  • Knowledge of Performance Management
  • Preferably with SAP exposure and advance level in Excel
  • One month or less notice period
