Description: Responsibilities:
  • Manage, Control & monitor Biomedical Team Performance and Progress
  • Prepare Biomedical Team/ Crew of Operators and Technicians monthly shift schedule
  • Follow up biomedical Team tasks progress
  • Plan for all required tools, spare parts and consumables
  • Ensure that all required adequate tools, spare parts and consumables are with Team while applying maintenance tasks
  • Follow up Preventative maintenance program progress of Biomedical Assets with the absence of delays
  • Follow up all corrective maintenance orders and make sure it is completed within its due
  • Prepare Material requests by what is required to fulfill the maintenance scope of work
  • Provide Technical Support & knowledge to the biomedical team
  • Ensure that Maintenance tasks applied complied with manufacturer recommendations and best practices
  • Conduct a training Program for the biomedical team in order to enhance their maintenance implementation skills
  • Prepare Technical Reports and other reports as assigned by the operation management
  • Coordinate with other technical departments upon the scope of work interfacesCoordinate with Logistics and warehousing department about related tools, spare parts and consumables management
  • Coordinate with the HR department in order to follow up biomedical team HR matters
  • Liaise with client and stakeholders’ counterparts based on the assigned scope of work
  • Ensure that the Biomedical team got proper and reliable PPE while applying Maintenance Tasks
  • Ensure that Biomedical Team monthly performance is within acceptable ranges
  • Respects site/project Health-Safety (HSE) guidelines, rules and regulations
  • Respects and adheres to Project Management & Company HR Rules & Regulations
