We’re hiring for our Client Care Agents for GoodsMart https://goodsmartegypt.com/portal

Main Duties :

• Make onboarding calls to GoodsMart Subscribers (on how the service works)
• Address clients’ needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services
• Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information
• Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability
• Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
• Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service
• Make recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Work Conditions:

• Rotational shifts: 2 shifts from 7:00 AM & 01:00 PM (9 hours/shift)
• 2 days off (Rotational)
• Working from home (up to 2 days)
