| Description: | Supervision of equipment installation on site as per project drawings and site owner. Supervision of installation of CM-151 membrane. Commissioning and startup of NSW pilot systems, and the operation, maintenance, and modification of field pilot units. Testing of electro-mechanical equipment before commissioning and startup. Site acceptance testing. Calibration of instruments. Documenting this work. Troubleshooting and inspecting existing equipment, conducting on-site training with operations and maintenance personnel. Repair or replacement of damaged equipment Commissioning water filtration pilot equipment and solving problems in a variety of contexts including mechanical, electrical, PLC programming. Plant commissioning and debugging of plant control system including PLC programming while working with Instrumentation and Controls and Applications engineering Plant startup and supervision of performance trials, verification of recorded performance data Preparation of daily site report including water quality results for submission to project team Document process changes and produce timely and detailed field reports Extensive travel is expected. It is anticipated that short-notice travel will occur from time to time. Candidate must be able to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules. |
