| Description: | Barista duties:- Assist customers by presenting and explaining the hot beverages and coffee drink menu and answering any questions- Sell beverages by explaining differences in product origins and preparation methods- Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques – Maintain inventories by replenishing hot beverages and coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining all supplies and pastries Sales duties:- Be perfectly familiar with all the products and know how to promote their qualities and characteristics to customers- Welcome customers as specified in the house service standards- Offer a high level of customer service- Establish a genuine relationship with customers and recommend the most adapted products to their preferences – Promote the B2B services of the company to customers- Secure customer loyalty through personalized service- Ensure that products and packaging materials are properly stored and organized- Ensure that the boutique is well presented and maintained with special attention to product display- Keep track of products availability in stock and their shelf-life – Assist in stock management and boutique replenishment |
