Description:
  • Provide technical support to all mall tenants with QOS and installation and implementation of ISP services subscribed by TMM.
  • Previous Work experience as Resident Network Engineer in Retail sector or ISP environment is an advantage.
  • Expert level knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols, VLAN, IP v4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, IP Multicast, QOS, and NAT.
  • Network implementation of LAN/WLANs, layer 2 and layer 3 networks including the evaluation and integration of new technologies, systems, and equipment.
  • Equipment configuration, implementation and installation of switches and routers, IOS and WLAN equipment including the planning and execution of network hardware software and firmware upgrades.
  • Shall have good knowledge of Network Security working with firewalls, ACLs on switches and routers, Radius Server, VPN technologies and protocols (SSL, IPSEC, AES), Public and Private Certificate technology.
  • Able to analyze, troubleshoots and resolves problems with LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/Internet networks and serves as technical expert for other teams to resolve production network problems.
  • Shall have good knowledge of network troubleshooting and resolution using tools and analyzers such as Wireshark and NetFlow to troubleshoot.
  • Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain up to date of developments in the networking industry.
  • Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent quality and quickness of IT support provided with Minimum downtime.
  • Compliance with IT procurement process
  • Compliance to IT systems standards
  • Expert knowledge of Network Administration, expert knowledge of IT governance, knowledge of IT Hardware and Network Infrastructure, Expert knowledge of Software Quality Control
