Description:

Exciting opportunity for a hybrid position; the candidate will carry out typical development tasks (analysis, design, coding, unit testing, deployment and support) as well as a system engineer role specializing in Cisco contact center technologies (previous knowledge is a plus, but we will train you)

The candidate will be part of an experienced and supportive team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Computer Science (or similar)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Solid OO Programming knowledge (Java or C#)
  • Solid MSSQL knowledge is a MUST
  • Solid knowledge in Asp.net Core, MVC, LINQ, Entity Framework
  • Strong understanding of HTML/JS/CSS concepts
  • Practical experience in web APIs, web security basics
  • Networking and switching concepts knowledge is a plus
  • Cisco contact center knowledge is a plus
  • CRMs (Dynamics, Siebel, SAP) knowledge is a plus Bachelor of Computer Science (or similar)
