Description:
  1. Design and deliver employee training programs (management training)
  2. Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees
  3. Build succession plans
  4. Design employee promotion policies
  5. Discuss career-pathing options with high-potential employees
  6. Boost employee morale by implementing performance-based bonuses
  7. Provide team members with direction for leadership and development initiatives
  8. Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs
  9. Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities
  10. Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions
  11. Manage department’s budget
  12. Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
  13. Perform benchmark analyses of compensation and benefits
  14. Create a hiring policy, process & procedure.
  15. Build Candidate Database.
  16. Source potential talented candidates through online channels
  17. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  18. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details & ref check upon need it.
  19. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  20. Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  21. Lead employer branding initiatives
  22. Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  23. Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  24. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential talented candidates
Qualifications:
  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for (3) year(5)
  • MA degree in Human resources or similar relevant field
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Impactful presentation style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
