Description:
  • Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
  • Being responsible for a whole FF&E project starting from meeting the clients, mood boards, selections, quotations, and deliveries.
  • Determine the FF&E design concept based on the interior design scheme.
  • Review shop drawings and follow up on all manufactured items with the factory (factory visits are expected).
  • Contact with client/consultants/vendors on all FF&E matters and attend site meetings.
  • Update and maintain the showroom and materials library.
  • Preparing quotations and specs sheets for the clients.
  • Follow up with the accountant and all team members till closing the deal.
  • Having the ability to increase the sales and bring new customers.
  • Well known with the market and consultants.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in applied arts or Architecture Engineering.
  • 3-5 Years of experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, photoshop, InDesign, 3d max, Adobe- illustrator.
  • Strong background in furniture.
  • Previous experience in Sales.
  • Flexible.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Creativity and developing skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel.
Education:Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
