| Description: | #Sales_Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for our sales teams Sales Trainer Job Description include: -Preparing learning material and evaluating results after each training session. -Will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on-the-job and recommend ways to increase productivity. -Provide training sessions for existing staff and conduct induction sessions for new employees -Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement -Design training curricula within time and budget constraints. -Conduct training courses including demonstrating equipment, operating video recorders/cameras and leading group discussions or role-playing activities -Monitor sales objectives and results -Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved) Qualifications: -Max Age: 30 Years. -Experience: One year or more. (-Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role -Experience in a sales position is a plus -Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and -web-based learning -Excellent organizational skills -Solid communication and presentation abilities. – Fixed shift from 8 Am to 5 pm. – Friday and Saturday are off. -Location in Maadi, Cairo. – سنة-3 سنوات خبرة – مؤهل عالي – اعمال ادارية |
