| Description: | · Perform packaging operations as per the orders and to complete within the deadlines.· Operate packaging machinery effectively to avoid any accidents.· Troubleshoot equipment problems in a timely manner to avoid any delays and standby time and to reduce wastage. · Clean machines and work area at the end of every shift.· Ensure that machines are working properly and safely.· Complete daily production reports and submit to Manager.· Notify Superior about equipment and production problems.· To perform necessary maintenance work required for machine.· Ensure all packaging materials are in stock and to notify one month ahead for low stocks. · Send stock updates weekly to manager. · Ensure everyone working in packaging area using proper PPE and following safety standards.· Notify and make orders for spare parts required in prior. · Make sure packaging area is always clean and materials are stored properly. · Assist colleagues in their job duties when needed.· Load cartons on pallets manually as needed.· To initiate in other plant operations like roasting, grinding etc. and support as well when required· To be part of plant cleaning team and support for wellbeing. |
