Description:	Initiate pleasant interactions with customers as they come onto the sales floor. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) Aid customers in finding excellent matches for their needs Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing Cross-sell products Maintain updated knowledge of inventory Manage returns of merchandise Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) Inform customers about discounts and special offers Provide customer feedback to the branch manager Stay up-to-date with new products/services Follow up with customer payments and delivery
Qualifications:	2+ years of sales or customer service experience BSc in Interior Design or related field is a plus Good English language skills is a must Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or a similar role Understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships Flexibility to work various shifts Excellent interpersonal skills Highly motivated Knowledge of effective negotiation tactics
