Senior Graphic Designer

JOB SUMMARY:-

You will contribute professional value to the creative, account management, and marketing teams and will be responsible for conceptualization and implementation of design of solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.

The projects’ scope will cover a huge variety of products and activities, comprehensive marketing and advertising campaigns, branding collateral, communication tools, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications, and corporate identity, i.e. giving organizations a visual ‘brand’.

1.  Working from a brief with a creative director, the marketing team, and the medical team, to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s).
2. Working on designs to produce an effective marketing and advertising campaign
3. Interact with Account Managers and Art Directors to develop creative concepts and executions of assigned product(s).
4. Estimating the time required to complete the work as per the project time frame
5. Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
6. Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
7. Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the project professional requirements
8. Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to account managers and marketing team
9. Project management and working within a provided time frame.
10. Perform miscellaneous tasks, as directed by Art Director. and secondary assigned responsibilities
11. Help facilitate both the input and creative meetings.
12. Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
13. Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief
14. Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches
15. Working on creative layouts and art working pages ready for print
16. Formulate basic layout design or presentation approach, and specify material details, such as style and size of type, photographs, graphics, animation, video, and sound.
17.  Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency and creativity
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in Arabic & English
  • Solid background in copywriting and/or design
  • Audio/Video Editing Suites, Internet Applications
  • Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time.
  • Work well as part of a team, with a range of people.
  • Be highly motivated and well organized.
  • Have a good eye for detail.
•  Abilities: 
  • Be able to work under pressure.
  • Be able to see other people’s points of view and cope with criticism.
  • Be able to work within extended project nature and tight timelines 
•  Work Experience: 
  • 2- 5 years of experience as a creative graphic designer.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Flash, PowerPoint.
  • Agency background is a plus.
