HR Generalist

Recruitment & Selection
1) Implement the recruitment actions according to the top management strategies vision.
2) Creating Job Descriptions, Job Specifications, and Job analysis for various job titles.
3) Conduct interviews for candidates ( Reasonable for HR interviews for all candidates to the hospital )
4) Working according to head-hunting and sourcing .
5) Assist in employee hiring and firing procedures
6) Coordinate required tasks with Restructuring Committee for the hospital
7) Receives employment applications and papers.
8) Coordinate and implement exit interviews.
Organization Development
1) Implement TNA, Conducts assessments and gap analysis on employee skills and training.
2) Assists with developing training plans, identifying educational opportunities for employee development.
3) Coordinate training activities .
4) Facilitate implementation of established policies and procedures .
5) Communicated effectively with employees handling problems
6) Provides training to all levels of staff on performance management and systems.
7) Assist with developing and implementing agency performance improvement plans.

and any new relevant duties and responsibilities 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist and managing or at least familiar with all phases of the OD, recruitment, payroll and training.
• Excellent in English written and spoken.
• HR Certificate is a must, PHRi is preferred. 
• FMCG background is a plus.
