| Description: | *Provide direction to resolve field related problems around the fixed equipment, issue repair procedures, alternatives, testing routine.*Develop equipment asset plan using RBI and other reliability technique; provide technical support and participate in risk based.*Liaises with other parties and staff in various departments and sections in order to obtain, discuss and evaluate data on fixed me.*Maintain constant awareness of progress on assigned projects, inspect maintenance special projects.*Establish required spare parts as needed for timely repairs to mechanical equipment considering factors such as actual.*Develops minor plant design modifications (proactive maintenance) to resolve or obviate mechanical problems,*Provide technical support for unit turnarounds*Monitor major equipment repairs and coordinate with other reliability engineers.*Provide assistance to the maintenance designer in obtaining field drawings for maintenance related projects. |
