Description:	Ensuring the ownership of project management and project delivery in terms of planning, scheduling, cost and customer satisfaction, under the supervision of projects director. Conduct technical and financial feasibility studies in order to execute the project in a cost-effective manner and within the project budget. Determine budgets, timelines and cost estimates for project design, procurement, and construction. Work with the project team to solve project design problems, performing mitigation tasks as required. Taking necessary measures to ensure the performance of the project lifecycle. Coordinating with all project stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction by acting as a central point of contact for project owner and other project stakeholders, taking full responsibility for the successful execution and completion of the project. Provide leadership and guidance to the Project Engineers and the Project team and manage the day-to-day operations of the project. Managing project activities through the application of technical engineering planning, principles, and techniques. Review project deliverables including writing technical reports, gathering information, drafting proposals, drafting correspondence, tracking project costs, and completing progress reports. Ensure adherence to the project scope, specifications, and regulatory requirements. Identify, communicate, and manage risk proactively and minimize company exposure and risk on the project. Maintain project schedule, invoicing/costs forecasts and cash flow in order to provide financial visibility to the management. Track, report and analyze: procurement, team hours and expenses on a regular basis and manage project budget. Understand revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections and make decisions accordingly. Identify business development and variation opportunities as they relate to a specific project. Facilitate team and client meetings effectively. Keep project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news and hold regular meetings Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors. Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner and tactfully. Possess general understanding of system design, integration, installation, Factory and Site Test, Commissioning and Handover Manages the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each Innovator’s career interests. Set and manage client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree (Civil / Electrical Engineering). Minimum 10 – 15 Years of overall experience with 5 years as a project manager. Master’s Degree and/or PMP Certification is a plus. Proficiency in both spoken & written English and Arabic language is required. Proven ability to lead technical and non-technical team by having different fields of expertise. Able to communicate in short and effective manner and to handle complex technical issues. Able to take decisions in complex situation. Executive and administrative awareness. Focus and logical thinking. Calm and non-impulsive. The ability to face critical situations with wisdom and intelligence. Take responsibility and face the consequences of the decisions taken.
