Description:	Position Title:              Operations Manager (Lebanese Restaurant)Employment Type:      Full Time Salary:                         up to 20K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:             Dubai, UAE About the Client: A modern stand-alone Lebanese restaurant in the UAE Job Description: Ensure work standard and profit target is being achieved Manage restaurant operations, monitor progress report weekly/monthly/annually and aim to achieve or exceed target Initiate, produce and track promotional offers with the marketing manager Monitor and ensure proper stock and inventory, develop relationships, with external suppliers Implements, Food Hygiene Regulations, Brand Standards, Health & Safety at the premises and ensures equipment is maintained, cleanliness of the store, speed of service etc. Oversee all company human resources policies and procedures in all stores and ensures that operations staff and management meet all standards for training, performance, appearance and service provision to ensure quality service and work standard is being observed in the store
