Banking Accountant

• Handle daily operation with Banks through monitoring the implementation of cash transactions, and  

recording them on the ERP system;

• Ensure that all bank transactions are recorded on the system daily and perform monthly  

reconciliation;

• Assist in the closing of accounts during month-end at the company and divisional level within  

expected timelines;

•  Perform monthly and annual bank reconciliation;

• Process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals & foreign currency exchanges in  

line with business needs;

•    Regularly record and follow-up letters of credit;

•    Regularly record and follow-up letters of guarantee;

• Prepare a daily report on bank accounts.

•  BSc in Commerce, Accounting Major;

• 3-5 years’ experience as a banking and credit Accountant. Experience in contracting companies is  

preferred;

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted  

Accounting Principles  (GAAP);

•    Hands-on experience with ERP use;

•   Advanced Microsoft Office programs skills especially Excel;

•   Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English;

•   Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
