Description:	Document financial transactions by entering account information. Substantiate financial transactions by reviewing documents. Review and verify tenants invoices after issuance. Prepare payment receipts by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursement details. Verify proper payroll entries, and issuance of checks. Maintain general ledger by preparing trial balance, reconciling entries and performing month-end closures. Maintain and balance the accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolution of discrepancies. Maintain chart of accounts and fixed assets register Analyze financial information and summarize financial status. Support in monitoring and reconciling bank statements. Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information. Coordinate for Audit related activities by providing required information and documents. Support the department in implementation of new financial/ accounting tools and systems. Assist in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and keep financial data secured. Ensure compliance with IFRS standards. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance reports. Support cash flow management and related reporting. Support in preparation of accounts receivables and payables reports, along with monitoring of the same. Perform month end reconciliation and preparing related reports. Maintain records and comply with the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and targets approved by the Department Head.
Qualifications:	Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance 5+ years of experience 3+ years in similar industry and organizations
