Description:	Maintain and solve any customer software and hardware technical problems “pcs, laptops, servers…etc.” Selling IT services “spare parts and annual maintenance contracts” for our active and new customers Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve short & long-term success Creating sales leads by direct sales visits Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and new clients Resolve and revert to direct manager regarding any conflict or problem in contracts Provide solution and services to customers in a timely manner Abide by and work to achieve targets, aligned with company objectives Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives Attending client meetings Completing administrative work, as required Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing Ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods, also answer customers’ inquiries, deal with complaints,
Qualifications:	Excellent IT hardware component Knowledge Very good communication and negotiation skills Customer handling skills excellent user of Outlook and Microsoft office
