Description:	JOB PURPOSETo supervise wholesales sales Representatives to ensure that Halwani customers receive excellent, timely service and that products are effectively merchandised in all of displayed outlets within a specified geographical location. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise wholesales sales rep. to ensure that they are providing consistent, excellent, timely service to our clients in a timely manner. Plan, organize, direct and control wholesales staff to meet sales, and collection objectives. Build positive relationship with our clients to increase distribution points, execute market- wide and targeted promotional activities, improve customer relations, and problem resolution. Ensure that all Halwani products are sold into all accounts, as appropriate, and that pricing strategies, including promotional pricing, are implemented accurately to achieve sales targets. Fill in for route wholesales representatives as needed to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality service to Halwani’s accounts. Maintain inventory control to make sure that all available products are displayed correctly. Involve in customer follow up to look for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed. Constructively supervise all customer complaints to increase customer satisfaction in his area. Conduct sales meetings, prepare sales reports on regular basis to keep his sales force updated and encourage them for greater achievements. Demonstrate required behaviors and attitude in selling process whenever is needed to achieve sales targets, and increase the proficiency level of his staff. Perform any other assignments required from him within his scope of work. Coordinate with the branch manager/ Regional sales manager in all aspects related to wholesales rep, customers, collection percentage and deliver the required reports to ensure smooth operation
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree 2 – 5 years sales experience in wholesales Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
