Production Manager

Ensure that the production process is being applied according to the set standards to meet the target KPI’s through:

• Monitoring the performance of each of the different production sections on daily basis
• Ensuring the completion of monthly production plan with best efficiency rates using the available resources
• Ensure cost of production meets the standard set costs
• Ensure the defect rates do not exceed the maximum allowed
• Work with the production team on solving any sudden issues
• coordinate with other departments to ensure the completion of the production plan
• Ensure the application of GMP, 5S, ISO9001, and ISO22716 in place
• Work with the production team to come up with new improvement
• Prepare and monitor budget for production sections 
• Make regular reports about production performance for upper management

• Minimum 10 years experience Previous experience in Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical field.
• BSC/MSC Degree in Pharmacy/Science or Engineering
• Continuous improvement mentality
• Knowledge of GMP
• Knowledge of TPS, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma
• Excellent at using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Arabic: Fluent
• English: Very Good
• Communication Skills
• Attention to details
• Ability to handle multi-tasks
• Organizational development skills
