Sanitation & Hygiene Supervisor (Wadi Natron)

Responsible for Plant sanitation program

• Follow up MSS schedule completion and detailed SSOP’s for all equipment and infrastructure.
• Conduct troubleshoots persistent sanitation issues to identify deficiencies in sanitation program or equipment design and to ensure adherence to global policies and procedures.
• Engages the plant Core team in sanitation challenges requiring cross-functional support.
• Coaching and mentoring employees in the workplace
• Conducts clean-up inspections and verification/validations (sanitation, allergen, other).
• Ensure all safety requirements related to sanitation are met (chemical storage/MSDS/PPEs etc).
• Responsible for Mentor EMP and zoning data and participate in corrective/preventive actions.
• Assess and mitigate risk associated with construction and major maintenance and partner with plant and engineering equipment manufacturers to ensure compliance with hygienic design principles.
• Develops and implements all sanitation/pest control training for all employees to ensure that the procedures are properly understood and carried out.
• Supervision for pest control activity with the Pest control company and the PCO
• Lead Daily Golden Six Audit, generate and communicate report, follow up on actions completion.
• Participate in Weekly Golden Six.
• Participate in new projects risk assessment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Vet, Science, Agriculture, 
• 3-5 years of experience in the same field of food safety.
