Description:
  • Maintain guest relations, guest history and database. Greet and welcome guests
  • Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables, manages seating
  • Estimate wait times for guests/ scrutinize the guest waiting list. 
  • Encourage customers to give feedback about the dining experience
  • Prepare bill, process payments with cashier and thank the customer  

Qualifications:
  • Female, 40 y/o and below
  • At least 1 year experience in the same role preferably from a high-volume stand-alone restaurant
  • Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems and MICROS is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized 
Salary:$500 – $1,000
