  • Responsible for sourcing technical resources in technology, software development and IT engineering.
  • Building talent pools, grow our candidate networks and database 
  • Identify recruiting sources and other technical platforms 
  • Conducting technical interviews and provide technical assessments
  • Building and maintaining good relations and partnerships with our clients 
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in technical hiring is a must especially software development houses
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks ( Stack Overflow and Github)
  • Familiar with conducting technical interviews
  • Highly energetic and people person
