Description:
  • Receipt of measurements and bills of approved quantities for each project and the creation of a database for each project
  • Receipt of a copy of the contracts of subcontractors and suppliers and quotations
  • Collect cost information and maintain expenditure database.
  • Calculating the cost of projects and operations according to accounting principles.
  • Holding, keeping, processing, modifying and issuing project costs files.
  • Plan and record variable costs (eg raw material purchases and operations costs).
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual cost forecasts.
  • All of the above must be done in accordance with the official procedure approved by the Financial Department.
  • استلام المقايسات وجداول الكميات المعتمدة لكل مشروع وانشاء قاعدة بيانات لكل مشروع
  • استلام نسخة من عقود مقاولي الباطن والموردين وعروض الاسعار
  • جمع معلومات التكلفة والحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات النفقات.
  • القيام بحساب تكلفة المشروعات و العمليات طبقاً للأصول المحاسبية.
  • إمساك و حفظ و معالجة و تعديل و إصدار ملفات تكاليف المشروعات .
  • تخطيط وتسجيل التكاليف المتغيرة (مثل مشتريات المواد الخام وتكاليف العمليات).
  • إعداد توقعات التكاليف الشهرية والفصلية والسنوية.
  • جميع ما سبق ذكره يجب أن يتم طبقاً للإجراء الرسمى المعتمد للإدارة المالية.
Qualifications:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  •  7-10 years of experience (Construction background is a must)
  • Knowledge of Odoo or ERP is a good addition
  • Proven work experience as a Cost Accountant
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and its applications
  • Excellent communication skills
