Description:
  •   Prepare accurate sample of new products.
  •   Run required analysis of new products (Sensory – Shelflife).
  •   Work closely with quality department on requested test and analysis and report to supervisor.
  •   Provide data for raw & packaging materials as per supervisor request for purpose of product development process.
  •   Follow up with production for any newly launched products to make sure they are meeting all standards & quality criteria.
  •   Fill required ISO documentation of R&D department.
  •   Create R&D databases of new samples including a sample labeling system & sample inventory system.
  •   Conduct other required daily research & development department activities.
  •   Ability to work and complete assignments independently.
  •   Perform job tasks with adherence to all company standard operating procedures.
  •   Conduct work in a safe manner and abide by all company safety policies.
  •   Maintain a clean work environment to meet good manufacturing practices.
  •   Report any problems or observation about current products, processes and related to food safety and quality management system and report to supervisor.
  •   Champion continuous improvement activities against KPI’s and quality of work done.
