Senior Property Consultant

        A Major Development Company in Cairo is Looking for a motivated Property Consultants, for our branches ( El sheikh zayed – el mohandssen – Nasr City)

       – Tasks: 

• Managing the sales process for new, from initial contact all the way through to closure.
• Dealing with customer inquiries
• Contacting potential and current customers and discussing their requirements.
• Achieving all revenues, sales targets & objectives in line with the Marketing and Business Plan.
• Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales agreements required for the target market.
• Developing & maintaining successful business Leads and relationships with all prospects.
• Developing a full understanding of the business and real estate marketplace.
• Negotiating contracts with clients and developers.
• Attending and representing our brand in exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.

• Bachelor Degree is a MUST
• 4+ Years of experience in real estate
• Ability to lead a team
• Real estate experience, for North Coast and Mega projects
• Strong sales, and negotiation skills
• High ability to achieve and exceed the sales target
• Strong communication & presentations skills
