Description:	Applying the requirements of the Organizational Excellence Program through : *Planning and implementation of self-assessment programs using local and international Excellence Models. *Define the strengths and the areas for improvement, and monitor the implementation of the improvement projects. *Preparation and review of nomination papers for the local and international awards. Implementation of quality systems and Documenting work procedures, evaluate the efficiency of operations and procedures and provide improvement suggestions. Preparing and implementing internal audit programs based on quality systems. Preparing benchmarking studies with distinguished authorities in the same field and identifying weaknesses, strengths, and areas of improvement. Preparing and developing models and mechanisms to measure the level of stakeholders’ satisfaction for the services, analyzing the results and directing the concerned departments to take the necessary actions.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration or related field required. At least (3) years experience in Quality management. Knowledge or experience in Excellence Model and criteria. Obtaining a professional certificate in quality management & Auditing.
