| Description: | Ø Have good communication skills, have good and meticulous work habits, and strive for excellence in workØ Responsible for network settings, maintenance and optimization of network and server, network security monitoring, system performance management and optimization, network performance management and optimization.Ø Responsible for the planning, design, implementation and continuous improvement of IT operation and maintenance related processes, and participate in the design, review, and optimization of the company’s IT system and the system architecture of each application system.Ø Responsible for cooperating with development and building test platform, assisting in development design, implementation and continuous improvement.Ø Responsible for the troubleshooting and handling of related faults and difficult problems, compiling and summarizing faults and problems.Ø Submit summary reports regularly.Ø Responsible for network monitoring and emergency response to ensure that the network system has 24/7 hours of continuous operation, daily system maintenance, and monitoring, providing IT software and hardware services and support to ensure the stability of the systemØ Assist the supervisor to complete other tasks |
