Description:
  • Receive guest inquiries either personal or through telephone and direct inquiries/telephone calls to the appropriate parties as necessary and determines if the inquiries can be handled by the receptionist and satisfy the customers’ reason for calling if possible.
  • Conducts pre and post service follow up and assists the Service team in contacting customers whose vehicles are scheduled for maintenance check-up or services.
  • Answers all incoming service department calls according to company’s policies and good telephone etiquette and take the message or inquiries and route them to the concerned associates/ staff for resolution or mitigation.
  • Assists the Service Advisors in contacting guests/customers whose vehicles have been serviced to inform them that their vehicles are ready for delivery or pick-up.
  • Takes written message for occupied personnel and notifies them as soon as possible regarding pending issues or arranges appointments for the guests if the meeting does not takes place.
  • Maintains a high standard of personal grooming, hygiene and safety and reports to management any situation or condition that could jeopardize the safety, welfare, integrity of the Branch, its employees and customers.

    تلقي استفسارات الضيف إما شخصيًا أو عبر الهاتف والاستفسارات المباشرة / المكالمات الهاتفية للأطراف المناسبة حسب الضرورة وتحديد ما إذا كان يمكن التعامل مع الاستفسارات من قبل موظف الاستقبال وتلبية سبب اتصال العملاء إن أمكن.

     يجري متابعة ما قبل الخدمة وبعدها ويساعد فريق الخدمة في الاتصال بالعملاء الذين تمت جدولة سياراتهم لفحص الصيانة أو الخدمات.

    الرد على جميع مكالمات قسم الخدمة الواردة وفقًا لسياسات الشركة وآداب السلوك الهاتفية الجيدة وتلقي الرسالة أو الاستفسارات وتوجيهها إلى الموظفين / الموظفين المعنيين لحلها أو التخفيف من حدتها.

     يساعد مستشاري الخدمة في الاتصال بالضيوف / العملاء الذين تمت صيانة سياراتهم لإبلاغهم بأن سياراتهم جاهزة للتسليم أو الاستلام.

    يأخذ رسالة مكتوبة للموظفين المشغولين ويخطرهم في أقرب وقت ممكن فيما يتعلق بالقضايا المعلقة أو يرتب المواعيد للضيوف إذا لم يتم عقد الاجتماع.

     يحافظ على مستوى عالٍ من النظافة الشخصية والنظافة والسلامة ويقدم تقارير للإدارة عن أي موقف أو حالة يمكن أن تعرض للخطر سلامة ورفاهية وسلامة الفرع وموظفيه وعملائه.

Qualifications:
  • Customer (Guest) and Personal Service: Limited knowledge of principles and processes in providing personal services to the customers. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
