Description:	Responsible for the overall and daily scheduling, safety, and logistics of the geotechnical and drilling activities in workshop facilities ad on sites. Identify staff requirements and provide necessary training to employees in coordination with department manager, when needed. Ensure effective implementation of health, safety and quality management systems and create programs to increase overall efficiency of the department. Ensuring the proper maintenance and calibration of all instruments and machines required Managing operational communication and expectations of the of the internal and external stakeholders · Commercial management and preparations of cost estimates and quotations as well as business development Monitoring project budgets and controlling costs for project profitability Promote good project management practices of geotechnical and drilling related projects
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in Geology or any related- Engineering, Master’s degree is preferable. More than 10 years of experience in Geotechnical Investigations and/or Drilling operations management Good management and negotiation skills Business and Financial acumen Preferably those with Project management qualifications
