Description:	Prepare and coordinate the management of Maintenance Plans, Task Lists, Plan and Schedule maintenance plans in a systematic approach for Multi-disciplinary Asset [Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation] in SAP PM module. Prepare job plan, provide work packages as per approved maintenance strategies outcome and implement in SAP. Review reference material like OEM Manuals drawings, schematics, and P&IDs Determines required craft skillset for each task, best way to perform the job, the time it takes, tools required, equipment, and external resources to implement PM in SAP. Screens each maintenance Plan for completeness, accuracy, and necessity. Provide BOM Inputs from OEM drawings, manuals, database & upload in SAP. Basic understanding of Rotating assets like Pump, Compressor, Motor, Fans, etc. Ability to retrieve/read P&ID, O&M Manuals from Archives to extract information. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions Ability to Search for Work Orders, Notifications, Maintenance Plans, monitor on-time completion of Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders. Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly Maintenance Reports, with data on completion, backlog, costs, spare parts used, manpower efficiency. Create monthly reports on Maintenance KPIs like Maintenance Efficiency, Maintenance Effectiveness, FMS.
Qualifications:	Preferred qualifications of Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation) Minimum of 2+ years related experience in industrial maintenance, planning and Scheduling. Strong MS office, writing skills, KPI reporting and knowledge with CMMS – SAP PM experience is a must. IQAMA must be TRANSFERRABLE.
