Description:	Design, Deploy & administrate server’s virtualization solutions based on VMware VSphere and MS Hyper-v for effective utilization of company hardware resources. Ensure Disaster Recovery and high availability b/w Main and DR site to ensure service availability in case of any disaster. Deploy and manage virtual machines (VMs) Hyper-V VMware vSphere Deploying VMs into virtual networks Configuring VM for optimum cost, performance, and security, backing up VMs and potentially providing failover recovery Establishing and testing disaster recovery policy and procedures to save company data. Create and update check-lists and documentations for backup policies, system upgrades, system security, applications access and disaster recovery plans using SharePoint and helpdesk ticketing system. Maintain all virtualization systems performance and availability by Monitoring, analyzing workload of these systems and take/suggest any corrective action as per company SLAs and authority level. Report systems performance on monthly basis and plan sizing and capacity upgrade. Responds to requests via the helpdesk in the most expedient manner possible. Recommends changes in operating procedures, hardware standards, and software standards as warranted by new technological changes and operating conditions. Design and implement VM’s Backups policies as per the company backup policy to save data from risks. Review backup logs on regular basis to ensure the sustainability of backup policies. Provide all security and backup logs needed for Internal or external audit procedures. Provides training and support to less experienced System Administrators. Assist with system designs and migration of existing applications to virtualization platforms. Develop all needed reports to be submitted to direct manager. Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility. Follow the instructions, requirements of the quality, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
Qualifications:	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or computer Science is more preferable. 3 – 5 years of experience in virtualization System Administration, VMware virtual infrastructure. Hands-on experience deploying VMware vSphere, Horizon View, vCenter etc. in an enterprise environment. VMware VCP (Data Center Virtualization) Certificate is a must. Working knowledge of Microsoft, UNIX, Linux server experience. Exhibit strong organizational, analytical, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Linux plus & MCSE (2008 or 2012) is preferable. CCNA & ITIL Foundation certification is preferable. High ability to manage systems with massive number of users. Communication and analytical skills.
