Description:
  • Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable, Interview hourly associates and provide recommendations for hire, Monitor attendance, productivity, and other performance markers and provide counseling and/or recognition to associates as needed.
  • Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and proper documentation and procedure control
  • Assist in new associate training, Provide relief coverage for operational duties when associates utilize time-off or are absent from the shift
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures such as inventory accuracy and control, returns, damages, etc. 
  • Ability to handle the Cryogenic (GAS/Helium Products) and DG Products in line with Legal and Contractual Obligations
  • Should have enough knowledge in HSE and Driver Training to handle DG Product and Behavioral Safety with regards to Road Transportation Risks
  • Daily prepared delivery plan after coordinating with Operation Supervisor and Share it with Linde operation team
  • Follow up with CICPA passes for Drivers and vehicles (issuing, renewal. LOA)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong written/oral communication and organizational skills are required
  • Minimum 8 years experience of handling the Cryogenic Operations
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule; work at the specific location required
