Description:	In a Key account store’s fast-paced environment, sales expert would passionately deliver exceptional consumer experience, provide support and education to consumer about company’s products. Beyond consumer interaction, the sales expert is expected to monitor store housekeeping and complete tasks to ensure the stores are always impeccably presented and consumer-ready. sales expert work collaboratively with each other and assisting others where required, fostering a fun and creative working environment. Deliver end-to-end exceptional and unique consumer experience. Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of company’s products Educate consumer about the products and conduct guided trials Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization & after-sales services Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements Execute retail store operations adhering to Retail Store Operations Guidebook, including, but not limited to: inventory management, store readiness and store presentation standards Ensure delivery of set KPI targets (e.g. consumer satisfaction score),
Qualifications:	Warm character and enthusiastic personality Minimum of 2 years of relevant consumer-facing experience e.g. service-led, hospitality, customer care or retail experience Knowledge of retail or business systems (e.g. POS, MS Office etc.) Arabic speaker with good English Excellent communication skills Consumer Centric mindset Excellent Collaboration skills Very good problem-solving skills Work Location: the nearest area Working hours: 10 AM to 10 PM 1 Day off Will be requested to travel to Gouna & North coast
Education:	Bachelor's degree / higher diploma
