Operations and logistics manager

1. Develop processes and procedures to support and facilitate E-commerce  operation and its growth across the  region.
2. Develop the creation of E Commerce logistics policy and procedures , e Commerce Operating model
3. Support the development of operational SOP and regional specific policies
4. Supports all controllable costs and manage all budgets, making recommendations for costs structures for new budgets 
5. Supervising and guiding junior specialists to achieve the company targets
6. Ensure continuous improvement in productivity and operating costs
7. Drive performance by removing obstacles, improving processes, and recommend solutions.
8. Continuously explore opportunities to affect additional cost savings and improve service standards.

Qualifications:

Knowledge: • Supply Chain Management • E-commerce Operations • Relationship

Management Experience • Graduate qualification in logistics desirable • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Senior Logistics position
