  • Develop HR policies throughout the organisation
  • Monitor budgets by department
  • Stay up-to-date & comply with changes in labor legislation
Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of Payroll process & labor legislation
  • Experience with (HRIS)
  • Proven work experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Good problem solving abilities
  • Bsc in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Preferred Experience in healthcare industry
