| Description: | Works as a member of multi-disciplinary asset evaluation team. Performs reservoir engineering analyses, integration, and characterization, and compiles historical reservoir performance data. Evaluates boundary conditions and reservoir initial conditions. Investigates and recommends future development scenario and operational conditions for performance simulation. Prepares ad-hoc and periodical reports on reservoir engineering characterization activities for approval by supervisor and submission to Management and Governments.Compiles, analyzes and integrates various reservoir engineering data such as flow tests, well tests, BHP surveys, Production logging, core & fluid sample analyses, and historical production performance. Investigates hydrocarbon sweep mechanism and displacement efficiency. Prepares and arranges the project database for reservoir engineering characterization and simulation.Plans reservoir engineering characterization work programmes, prepares budget, and arranges reservoir engineering consultant services through tender/contract in accordance with Company’s long term upstream business plan. Coordinates and supervises contractors, checks reports and invoices, and prepares payment requisitions. |
