Description:	We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Researcher within our Business. We are a Recruitment business, founded by experienced HR & Recruitment professionals in the MENA region. We provide a number of HR & Recruitment solutions across a number of industries. We are looking for a candidate to work as a Researcher, supporting senior members of the business and managing our administration back office tasks. Working with a highly experienced team, you will be encouraged to use our knowledge and experience to develop your own career and to play a part in our continued growth. This role would ideally suit someone with self-motivated and has the ambition to get into a HR or Services Sales career, our work environment unlike other recruitment agencies is flexible and rewards high performance with an excellent commission structure. The role will support a team that has a total of 30 years-experience within the recruitment industry. The office is located in Dubai Media City, with excellent transportation links and company parking spaces. Key Responsibilities: Creating search strategies with senior members in the team Using various databases, social media channels and your network to identify the best passive and active candidates in the market. Making contact with prospective candidates, explaining current vacancies, securing appointments and obtaining referrals Preparing candidate submissions and formatting Obtaining comprehensive brief of vacancies and ideal candidate profiles Providing an effective and innovative promotion of the company’s services Continually building and maintaining knowledge of the MEA region across our verticals Manage back office admin activities
