Description:	Commercial Bank is seeking recruitment Officer for 4 month contract . The role will assist the execution of recruitment and sourcing activities of CB and all its subsidiaries in order to select the most suitable candidates in line with CB requirements and standards to enable it to meet its operational and strategic objectives.  ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITES – Implement overall recruiting strategy Develop and update job descriptions Source and recruit candidates by using databases and recruitment platforms… et – Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule – Assess applicants’ based on relevant required experience, knowledge skills and competencies On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices – Provide analytical recruiting reports  Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process – Promote banks brand
