Description:
  • Implement Quality Management system (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO45001)
  • Inspect products to ensure they are meeting with agreed quality standards;
  • Decrease inspection cycle time to be balanced with production cycle time;
  • Transform voice-of-customer to quality standards in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Give feedback to production team with customer complains to avoid reoccurrence of complains;
  • Create a monthly quality analysis to be reviewed by entire department and stakeholders;
  • Maintain a high level of objectivity during inspection to avoid subjectivity and maintain consistency of quality levels;
  • Follow production priority to fulfill production plan, and pop-up sales requests; and
  • Create checklists, FMEA, control plans, and all quality documents related to maintain a quality system, and keep consistency.
  • Supervise junior staff to enhance better performance
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering 
  • Lean Six Sigma
  • Data Analysis and Visualization
  • Minitab
  • FMEA, and Control Plans
  • Total Quality Management (TQM)
  • MS-Office Advanced
