Description:	CHIEF ACCOUNTANT Position Title:             Chief Accountant Employment Type:     Full Time Salary:                         up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:            Dubai, UAE About the Client: Leading diversified group of companies in UAE Job Description: Manages all accounting processes for a real estate division, handling full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc. Ensures entity level legal and tax compliance with corporate / tax laws, rules, RERA laws / procedures, including VAT legislation / practice / procedures and monthly / annual filings Coordinates with RERA auditors for ensuring timely delivery of RERA audits / reports Tracks payment defaulters and reporting for further action in compliance with sale-purchase agreement or according to RERA Guidelines Ensures scrutiny on contractors bills and timely payment to all suppliers and supplier accounts reconciliation
