Molds Maintenance Engineer

*Maintain and establish database for the current 90+ injection molds that the company operate.
*Risk analysis of whole shutdowns expected related to molds problems.
*Loading molds on the machines according to production plan.
*Prepare and implement the molds maintenance plans to ensure the smooth flow production (Routine maintenance, Simple preventive maintenance, Inspection maintenance, General maintenance, Major maintenance) 
*Responsible for Providing and manufacturing critical mold spare parts. 
*Design and provide drawings for damaged and missing parts. 
*Be an effective member in the mold validation process committee. 

 

*Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering.
*1- 3 years’ experience in Mold maintenance and making – specially from an industry which require precise molding.
*Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents.
*Requires understanding of ANSI/ISO drawing standards.
*Knowledge of CNC machining technologies.
*Knowledge of common engineering plastics used for injection molding .
*CAD/CAM professional and Very Proficient 3D Solid Works mold design package or others ( CATIA, NX … etc.).
*Knowledge of tool steels and their applications.
*Competencies: Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, project management and influencing skills
*Demonstrated problem solving skills with service orientation
*Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and inclusion abilities as well as sensitivity to diverse cultures
*Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal coaching.
