  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
  • Maintain constant communication with clients
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
  • Provide support in obtaining permits and licenses
  • Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience
  • Working experience in the field of construction, fit-out and finishing
